Description

Châteauneuf du Pape de Natura Rerum BIO

Our Grand Vin honors the king grape variety of the CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE appellation: Grenache.

Planted on sandy clay soils mixed with rolled pebbles, the vines have given the best of themselves. The Grapes were harvested by hand, at good maturity, before being sorted and then vinified.

The nose speaks gladly a good hour after the bottle has been opened. It evokes black fruits, fresh leather, curry. After a longer aeration, it has the notes of burnt wood, coffee and pepper.

Serve between 16° and 18° C.

This CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE will brighten up simple dishes such as duck permentier, roast veal with carrots or lamb.
