Aroma:
Attractive nose, rich in ripe cherries, with hints of mushrooms, dry leaves, walnuts and smoke.
Taste:
The body is full and supple, rich in soft tannins. Excellent structure and complexity, long and memorable finish.
Ageing:
18 months in 225 l French oak barrels.
Serving suggestion:
Pizza, pasta, red meat casseroles, steaks (underdone). In order to fully enjoy this product, it is recommended to open the bottle in advance or to decant it.
Serving temperature:
18° - 20° C.
