It involves: researching and selecting the best grapes of the best vineyards in Valdobbiadene, collaborating with true artisans of the vineyard and lovers of the amazing hills of Prosecco. All of the above and also the intuitions of their oenologist are the ones that allow them to get the best results for their wines, without linking the quality of the wines to the quality of their vineyards. For all these reasons, they like to think of themselves as "grape hunters."

Glera is a neutral kind of grape that retains its acidity very well. The concentration of aromas is not a major factor in the production of simple sparkling wines for which it is mainly intended, so production can be generous. Glera grapes develop their flavor without needing to be overripe. Most of the Glera variety is transformed into sparkling wine by the Charmat-Marinotti method which retains carbonation resulting from fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks, and the wine is then bottled and ready for consumption without secondary fermentation.
