100% Glera.
Color:
Pale straw yellow.
Aroma:
Harmonious, elegant, and smooth on the palate. Balanced, with excellent aromatic persistence. Gentle fruity notes combined with delicate hints of yeast.
Taste:
Dry and pleasant taste accompanied by a light residual sweetness.
Vinification:
White vinification with soft pressing, static settling of the must, controlled temperature fermentation (16/18°C) with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation in autoclave for 40/50 days using the Martinotti method.
Food pairing:
Ideal for seafood-based appetizers and shellfish. Pleasantly accompanies the meal. Excellent as an aperitif.

The Conegliano Valdobbiadene area is located in a hilly zone 50km away from Venice and about 100km from the Dolomites. The conformation of the territory assures a temperate climate all the year.
