Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois
Colour:
Light gold with silver shade, transparent and bright.
Aroma:
Apple, pear, quince, herbs, a touch of tarragon, slightly spicy cinnamon and saffron.
Taste:
Fresh and supple, thin and citrus, persistent on the fruit and almond.
Ageing:
Aging on yeast minimum 24 months.
Food pairing:
Ideal as an appetizer with dried fruit, shrimp, carpaccio, sushi, tabbouleh and vegetable terrine. It can also be served with desserts.
