Soli Invicto

Soli Invicto is the best wine of Edoardo Miroglio produced from the highest quality grapes selected on the vineyards by our oenologist.

The secret is the combination of international varieties which claims to be the finest quality for Edoardo Miroglio winery.

The wine ages 18 months in a barrel and could be combined with seasoned meats, roasted and braised lamb, duck or goose meat with sweet and sour sauces, game, spicy dishes of beef.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc & Syrah.

Intense ruby colour with brilliant purple nuances.

Complex nose, rich in fresh and dried fruit aromas, truffles, vanilla and spices.

Supple, compact and round body, silky and sweet tannins, long finish.

18 months in 225 l French oak barrels.

Serving suggestion:
Perfect with flavourful and spicy meat terrines, roasted or stewed lamb, duck or goose meat with sweet and sour sauces, game, and spicy beef dishes.

Located in the region of Thrace, in the village of Elenovo around 15 km from the town of Nova Zagora, the Edoardo Miroglio wine cellar is surrounded by vineyards, a natural lake and green fields, creating ideal conditions for vinegrowing.
