Colour:
Clear, medium dark garnet red colour.
Aroma:
Rich multilayered red fruit aroma of ripe cherries, strawberries, dry leaves, smoke and dark chocolate with subtle musk nuances.
Taste:
In the mouth the wine displays pleasant sweetness, medium body, soft tannins, good balance.
Ageing:
18-24 months in French oak barrels (225 l) and then 12 months in bottle.
Food pairing:
Roast meat garnished with mushrooms, grilled, roast lamb with boiled potatoes and aromatic caramel sauce. Special red meat dishes, venison and various types of white and yellow mature cheese.
