Aroma:
The nose is rich in spices (black pepper), herbs and ripe black fruits (blackberries, black cherries), dark chocolate, liquorice and dry leaves.
Taste:
Full and supple body, mild acidity and strong structural tannins. Long and memorable finish.
Ageing:
18 months in Bulgarian and French oak barrels (500 l).
Food pairing:
Various dishes made from roast meat. To fully enjoy this product, it is recommended to open the bottle in advance or decant it before serving. Possible noble sediment.
