Aroma:
Intense, elegant and fine, the nose shows fruity aromas (grapefruit, lemon and white fruits), salvia and brioche in the finish.
Taste:
Complex, fine, fresh, dry, intense and pleasant. Very good balance between nose and taste.
Ageing:
Minimum 24 months on the lees.
Food pairing:
To be served as an aperitif, fish dishes, white and yellow cheeses.
