Aroma:
In the nose one can detect warm and pleasant humus nuances, ripe black cherries and plums. The flavour is also dominated by ripe cherries, enhanced by the sensation of baked plums, caramel and bread crust.
Taste:
Full and rounded, with fine ripe tannins, completed by a lingering velvety finish.
Ageing:
10 months in 225 l French oak barrels.
Serving suggestion:
Perfect with meat dishes, spicy pasta, lasagna, spicy minced or grilled meat dishes, white and yellow sheep cheese.
