The wine is obtained from the separate vinification with soft pressing of the Glera, later followed by the static decanting and fermentation at 16-18°C with selected yeasts for the Glera grapes. The secondary fermentation is done following the Charmat method for a total of 60 days.
Great as apertivo, ideal with white meat and fish, gracefully accompanies a compleat meal.
