Elegant, delightful with special scent of small red flowers and ripe grape. Very pleasant hint of spices and concentrated fruit.
Taste:
Fine, velvety, elegant, very well-balanced in body and acidity with pleasantly tannins and rich finish.
Ageing:
Must be aged for a minimum of 14 months.
Food pairing:
Best with appetizers, risotto, chicken and cheese, chickpeas with spinach, spaghetti and meatballs, king salmon carpaccio.
