Philippe Brisebarre cultivates his 25 hectares of vineyards in Vouvray in a "raisonnée" way, that is, applying treatments only when really necessary to protect the plants.It is the continuation of careful work, already in the third generation. Its philosophy is: "think before you do", to avoid using unnecessary products. Thus, he lets the grapes and the terroir express themselves in a natural way, refusing to use selected yeasts in favor of natural fruit yeasts.
