Tavel Domaine des Muretins
The vines were cultivated in a reasonable manner. The grapes were harvested by hand, transported in crates, then sorted out. This procedure ensures that the wine was made from perfectly ripe and healthy berries.
After a first stage of skin maceration in the press, followed by 48 hours of settling at 12° C, the wine was subjected to fermentation under controlled temperature around 15°C. It was then aged for 4 months, partially in tanks and barrels.
The Tavel from les Muretins estate is so enchanting thanks to its pale tint. The nose is very fruity combined with some mature and complex notes, giving it richness. tangy and lively at first, the palate gets a surprising ampleness before a long and spicy finish.
Serve it between 10° and 12°C.
This delicious Tavel is ideal for aperitif and accompanies perfectly grilled meat and spicy dishes.

Chateauneuf-du-Pape is the most famous example of a southern Rhone blend, but similar blends are found in...
