Piemonte DOC Chardonnay"Innuce"
“Innuce” is made from grapes grown in vineyards located in Mombaruzzo, in the Asti territory of Monferrato along the left bank of the Belbo river, at 190 m above sea level. The vineyard-cultivated surface is just 2 hectares large, and the soil is prevalently composed of limestone and clay. After harvest, the grapes are fermented in barrels, where they age for 12 months. “Innuce” has a full, harmonic flavor, with great balance and an excellent structure.
Yield per hectare:
12 months in barrels.
Straw yellow with typical golden reflections.
Notes of vanilla, ripe fruit and fruit with white pulp.
Full, velvety, harmonic.
Is a fine aperitif and pairs well with pasta, risotto, crustaceans and fish.
