Description

Piemonte DOC Chardonnay"Innuce"

“Innuce” is made from grapes grown in vineyards located in Mombaruzzo, in the Asti territory of Monferrato along the left bank of the Belbo river, at 190 m above sea level. The vineyard-cultivated surface is just 2 hectares large, and the soil is prevalently composed of limestone and clay. After harvest, the grapes are fermented in barrels, where they age for 12 months. “Innuce” has a full, harmonic flavor, with great balance and an excellent structure.
