Intense ruby colour with brownish hues.

Aroma:
The nose is rich in spices (black pepper), herbs and ripe black fruits (blackberries, black cherries), dark chocolate, liquorice and dry leaves.

Taste:
Full and supple body, mild acidity and strong structural tannins. Long and memorable finish.

Ageing:
18 months in Bulgarian and French oak barrels (500 l).

Food Pairing:
Various red meat dishes. In order to fully enjoy this product, it is recommended to open the bottle in advance or to decant it. Possible noble sediment.
