Light yellow color, bright, with green notes.

Aroma:
Intense and rich nose, typical of the variety, with citrus, passion fruit, honey and oak notes.

Ageing:
Controlled alcoholic fermentation of indigenous flora isolated from the specific block, in fine barrels, Troncais oak barrels, with regular stirring on fine yeast for 7 months.

Food Pairing:
White meat in rich, creamy sauces, smoked fish, raw fish and shellfish. Seafood, grilled fish.
