Grapes:
Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois

Colour:
Light gold with silver shade, transparent and bright.

Aroma:
Apple, pear, quince, herbs, a touch of tarragon, slightly spicy cinnamon and saffron.

Taste:
Fresh and supple, thin and citrus, persistent on the fruit and almond.

Ageing:
Aging on yeast minimum 24 months.

Serving Suggestion:
Ideal for the aperitif accompanied by dried fruits, salmon rillettes, shrimp, sea bream carpaccio with basil, sushi, tabbouleh, vegetable terrine, grilled sole with lemon or fresh goat. It can also be enjoyed for dessert with a vacherin, cheesecake.
